Phil's Real Estate Biography

Phil Amodeo’s real estate and business background spans more than 25 years of successful experience. A graduate of the Kelly School of Business at Indiana University, he earned his Real Estate Broker’s license in the late 1970’s. After working in the home building industry for several years, Phil entered the real estate profession in early 1980’s in the Chicago area.

Phil left the real estate industry to become the Executive Director of a large statewide construction association and also spent a couple of years in the banking/investment industry. Several years ago, he was recruited to become the Executive Vice President of the Montana Association of REALTORS®. Phil spent a few years in the Las Vegas real estate industry before relocating to North Texas.

Phil has continually improved his knowledge by earning professional designations to serve his clients with more expertise and professionalism. He is an Accredited Buyers Represntative, e-PRO Technology Certified, and recently earned the Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR) Texas Affordable Housing Specialist designations.

The underlying common thread of Phil’s success can be summarized in one concept: building and maintaining relationships through excellent customer service and empathy for his clients. Phil uses the latest technology for clients who are buying or selling real estate, and will stand by you every step of the way, providing insightful advice and expertise combined with patience, integrity, and good humor.
